Je voelt je fitter, het is goed voor de stofwisseling en je krijgt een mooier lijf. Het is niet alleen goed voor je figuur, het is ook goed voor je humeur. Als je genoeg beweegt wordt je ook gemotiveerder om gezond te eten.<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn vele vormen van beweging. Samen met jou kijk ik naar de vorm van beweging die bij jou past.<\/p>\n<p>Zelf ben ik een fan van de buitensport. Het is namelijk relatief simpel om mee te beginnen. Het is ook goed voor de aanmaak van je vitamine D. \u00a0Het enige wat je nodig hebt zijn een paar goede schoenen. Als je elke dag een half uurtje gaat wandelen zal je merken dat je je fitter voelt.<\/p>\n<p>Als je wilt gaan hardlopen maak ik een beginnersschema voor je.
